One of the greatest challenges facing researchers is the cost of single cell workflows. Reducing cost for scRNA-Seq reagents by 50% to comparable products on the market will enable more scientists than ever to access the rapidly expanding field of single cell research. Significant savings in reagent costs will allow researchers to run more samples and choose the cell number and sequencing depth they truly need, in order to push the boundaries of single cell research even further.
Take a look at the graph below to find our how much we can reduce the cost of single cell sequencing for you.
RNAdia key features
Low costreagents at 50% less than comparable products in the field
Extremely high-throughput capture over 50,000 cells in one run
Throughput flexibility subsampling enables analysis of just a few hundred cells per sample or over 50k cells for larger studies
No bioinformatic knowledge required we take care of your data analysis for you
Streamlined workflow go from sample encapsulation to amplified cDNA libraries in as little as 6h, allowing you to concentrate on cell preparation if necessary.
Transcriptomic insight for single cells

Very high sample compatibility through sample buffer flexibility and broad cell size range
Our platform
The Nadia Instrument
The Nadia Instrument is an automated, microfluidic droplet-based platform for single cell research that encapsulates up to 8 samples, in parallel, in under 20 mins. Over 50,000 single cells can be captured per cartridge in a run. The fully automated Nadia Instrument guides users through all relevant steps of the experiment via an easy-to-use touchscreen interface.
The Nadia platform is fully compatible with the RNAdia kit for transcriptome analysis of single cells.
Nadia can process cells of over 50µm and those with different buffer requirements such as cardiomyocytes and plant cells respectively. Most instrument in the field can only process cells up to 30µm and use standard sample buffers such as PBS. Wide sample compatibility! Nadia can process cells of over 50µm.
Single cell library construction on Nadia
Single cell libraries for sequencing of cellular transcripts are constructed on Nadia using the RNAdia kit. The Nadia is an automated, microfluidic droplet-based platform for single cell research that encapsulates up to 8 samples, in parallel, in under 20 mins. Over 50,000 single cells can be captured in a run A complete workflow from cells to data with RNAdia kits for the Nadia Instrument.
Sequencing
The RNAdia kit allows for the construction of sequencing reads libraries. Those libraries are compatible with standard NGS short-read sequencing on Illumina sequencers, allowing to analyse thousand of transcriptional profiles of single cells in parallel. Note, cDNA libraries from Nadia are sequencing platform agnostic and can be used for long-read sequencing on Pacific Biosciences or Oxford Nanopore sequencers. Compatible with Illumina sequencing.
Bioinformatics analysis and visualization
Single cell transcriptomic data can be analysed using open-source pipelines or our in-house service for data analysis. It’s now easier than ever to purchase just data analysis and visualization from Dolomite Bio as you can a kit. We now offer a complete service for bioinformatic analysis and visualization of your data.

The Bioinformatic Service
The Bioinformatic Service
You can now buy RNAdia kits that include vouchers for our bioinformatic service, entitling you to data analysis services as part of a bundle with RNAdia kit!
Voucher codes match the size of the kit, so an 8-sample kit entitles you to 8 vouchers, meaning that you will get 8 samples analysed.

Which reagents for the single cell sequencing workflow does the RNAdia kit contain?
The RNAdia kit contains reagents for all steps from sample encapsulation, cDNA library preparation, PCR amplification to NGS-library preparation.
When will the RNAdia kit be available for order?
RNAdia kits will be available for order from the 29th of September.
What is the required sequencing depth for RNAdia kits?
The sequencing depth will depend upon sample type (different RNA content) and the experimental question asked. For new sample types we can recommend an average of 50k read pairs. If you are unsure which read-depth to choose please get in touch with our support team.
How many samples and how many cells can be sequenced with one RNAdia kit?
RNAdia kit contain enough reagents for 8 samples and a total of over 50,000 cells.
Is there a limit to cell size on the Nadia Instrument?
Nadia can process cells of over 50µm and those with different buffer requirements such as cardiomyocytes and plant cells which are typically much larger than 50µm in diameter.
How do I analyse my single cell data?
Single cell transcriptomic data can be analyzed using open-source pipelines or with our in-house service for data analysis. You are able to purchase data analysis and visualization from Dolomite Bio as you can a kit.
What sample types are compatible with the Nadia Instrument?
The Nadia Instrument and its’ associated RNAdia kit are compatible with a very wide range of samples types owing to its flexibility in sample buffers and broad cell size range. Species that have been tested internally and published range from mammals, fungi and plants and are sourced from primary tissue and model organisms.
