Dolomite Bio, a leading provider of high throughput single cell technology today announced the launch of a new datasheet demonstrating an integrated single cell workflow, combining S2 Genomics’ automated Singulator system and Dolomite Bio’s Nadia platform to achieve high-quality single cell data from solid tissues relies on consistent and reproducible cell or nuclei dissociation procedures. Singel cells and single nuclei of mouse lung tissue were prepared using S2 Genomics Singulator and subsequent scRNA-Seq and sNuc-Seq libraries using Dolomite Bio’s Nadia Instrument.
To overcome challenges often seen with manual cell dissociation methods, and to provide researchers with exceptional single cell data quality, Dolomite Bio has released a new data sheet on their collaboration with S2 Genomics to develop an integrated single cell workflow. S2 Genomics’ automated Singulator system provides automated tissue sample preparation for single cells and nuclei in 10-60 minutes, ensuring retention of high cell viability throughout the dissociation process. Cell or nuclei encapsulation can then be performed using Dolomite Bio’s innovative Nadia platform, with patented stirrer technology for low doublet rates and temperature control to maintain transcriptome state to produce high quality singe cell data. The integrated workflow allowed for detection of relevant mouse lung marker genes and the single-cell atlas revealed major lung cell types.
